Refund policy

Sometimes love isn’t the perfect fit on the first try — we get it. If your piece doesn’t feel like you, we’ll help you return it with ease.

Return window
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
Returns showing wear or missing packaging may receive a partial refund.

How to start
Email hello@elinhi.com with your order number + item you’d like to return.
We’ll reply with the return address + instructions within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping
Customers cover return shipping + are responsible for the parcel until it reaches us.
Use any carrier — we recommend a trackable service.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the piece, packaging, and shipping label so we can fix it quickly.

Refunds
Once your return arrives and is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank may need additional time to post the credit.
